I am trying to trace out the descendants of two families from Målselv. The first family is that of Lars Johnsen Nymo (1789-1850) and his wife Malene Johnsdatter Nygård (1789-1886). They lived at Nymoen in Målselv. They had the following children: John, Marie, Johan, Tollef, Jakob, Lars, Andreas, Ane and Amund.

The second family I'm trying to trace out is that of Auden Johnsen Sollia (1816-1901) and his wife Ragnhild Olsdatter Folldal (1821-1896). They lived at Vestli in Målselv and had the following children: Marit, John, Karen, Ole, Peder, Olaus, Andreas, Rönning and Knut.

I am a great-great-grandson of Andreas Larsen Nymo (from the first family) and his wife, Marit Audensdatter Vestli (from the second family). Andreas immigrated to America in 1868 and Marit in 1869. I have the information from the Målselv Bygdeboker so please don't resend that. I would like to hear from any living descendants in Norway, Canada or the U.S.
