Our families have all stemmed from Martinus Peder Kjelsberg DOB 12 April 1821 Hannerfest Finnmark, Norway with a death year of 1866 in Lavangen So. Trondenes, Norway. He married Ana Bergitte Johansdatter DOB 11 June 1821 of Steinvik-Loddingen Nordland. Date of her death UNKNOWN.

Their children included:

  • Anne Karoline Bergitte Martinusdatter 1846
  • Johan Mikal Martinussen 1849
  • Maren Hansine Martinusdatter 1850
  • Simonetta Lorentine Martinesdatter 1853 (Married Hans Hansen and is buried in WA. USA --I have contacted the family.)
  • Jonetta Anna Martinesdatter 1857
  • Laurits Peder Hagerup John Martinussen 1860 (three of his son settled in WA USA and are buried here. This is my person line.)
  • Simon Kidal Martinus Martinussen 1862 (went by the name of Samuel and lived in WA USA. I have contacted this family as well.)

    OF THE ABOVE CHILDREN THE LAST FIVE WERE BORN ---------LAVANGEN SO. TRONDENES, NORWAY.
