Hello!
Thank you so very much for this information. We belive my wife's ancestor to be Edvard, born in 1837. He was to have served briefly in the Civil War and later went to Kansas and lived not far from Salina. We have an old picture of Kjell (?) taken in Rushford, Minnesota. Could he have visited the USA? I would be glad to email a copy. We also have a Christmas card, circa 1914, from "Cousin Sophie" in Rushford, Minnesota. I am interested in corresponding more with each of you especially if you are related to this family. My wife and I live near St. Paul, Minnesota. Dan Judd (dpjudd@aol.com)
