Britha or Berit Grethe Johannesdatter was born in Sweden in 1836 (or 1825) and came to Balsfjord, Troms, Norway 1840. She was a "qvæn" and her father's name was Johannes Isaksen. Britha or Berit married Abraham Jonsen in 1847 and they had 9 children at Hansvold in Balsfjord. I have found her in the 1865 census from there and also her death certificate of 1882.
Does anyone know any more about her ancestry and Swedish family members? Anything about her life before she married in Norway would be interesting.
